Description

The wall in the tunnel by the convention center has graffiti. PLUS people have been using the tunnel as a public restroom. There are pees/crap stains all over the floor and wall. It smells really bad. Why is the city not doing anything about this. A lot of people walk thru that tunnel on a daily basis.
