Vacant lot is overgrown most of the time and branches that are trimmed are either placed in neighbors' yards of left by the street and not picked up by City. The far back corner of the lot has a falling down shed which is completely covered with kudzu. There are rats and snakes which affect neighbors on either side. I was told that the City owns this lot.

Is there anything that can be done to clean up or tear down the falling down shed/barn that is covered with kudzu? It is a health problem housing rats and snakes.
