Almost 2am and Roosevelts is still open. Clear violation of their zoning exemption not to mention the illegal parking, motorcycles driving up Bradley street the wrong way and on sidewalks (creating very dangerous situation), loitering, and breaking noise ordinance. NHPD has not responded to complaints. Who are we supposed to contact to get these problems taken care of?

2:30am and it seems like Roosevelts is finally closing for the night. RIDICULOUS !!!

Have you called the Mayor's Office? the police? or are you just journaling here?

The police were called 5-6 times sat night by several residents but never sent an officer to investigate.

That's hard to believe. but, ok,, say that is true... although,, if you'd call them as often as you journal here, I would send a car out just to end the calls. However, say this is true, have you talked to your alderperson? the Mayor's office? Repeated postings here are not effective for the purpose you want. I mean the first ten got your point across,, but we participants can't do anything, and it is a police issue, unless these people are actually within their rights and you exaggerate much. Still, we participants can't do anything except just let you uselessly rant.

The police call log will prove that those calls were made. Our Alder is aware of the problem. This Saturday was exceptionally out of control. Frequent posts about parking are made because parking enforcement responds to them and have been told by a city official that it is the best way to get some action taken. We only post when there is a legitimate issue. To say that my or any other post is an exaggeration is insulting and and unnecessary. If posts about what's going on here bother you, just don't read them.

I understand you. I'm sorry that there is nothing more that I can do to help you. I will take your advise and not read any more of them,, and I do hope that the situation does improve.

Have you tried LCI and/or the Building Department? I would start there. Is Roosevelt's automatically subject to the same 11:30pm curfew that the BZA imposed on Jackee's?
