Could you be more specific as to the nature of the problem? When you say "broken", is the traffic signal out or is it flashing red? Thanks.

Sorry the light stays red (to traffic coming from Franklin) while the traffic light (for traffic on Chapel) goes through several cycles. I eventually had to just run the light.
