It's mostly some of the people that work in the small doctors office across the street and not really the tenants of that building. Some of them can be a bit rude like one lady that used to take up 2 spaces with her small VW. A friend of mine used to live in that building and even after lines were panted the staff from that office seemed overly territorial about how much room they believed they needed. At the end of the day all the vehicles would be parked randomly and 3 or 4 good spaces were lost because of their arrogance. Sometimes people would be blocked in when 2 vehicles would park too close to a vehicle in the middle. I always assumed they just had control issues because they are unhappy with their jobs. Though it's still not a good excuse for the way they park but I do believe at one time the lines were faded however they were still clearly marked. Last I knew they were recently repainted but it hasn't solved their attitude problems.
