Still the same problem that the light timing is unbalanced and traffic stacks up southbound. After the restriping the only change was that now the northbound side has a small white sign that says "stay in lane." I'd gladly see "stay in lane" signs put up all over the northbound side. Drivers are constantly driving over the double-yellow.

I opened this issue, and I'm trying to close it. I no longer live over here, but the Q. Ave. redo should take care of this.
