24 hrs is unacceptable for power lines to be exposed - especially next to a child care facility. What is the timeframe for repair?

It has been down since Tuesday morning. I feel like there has been more than enough time to at least make sure the line is up and out of the way.

Whenever there are down power lines please give Dominion Virginia Power a call at 1-888-667-3000 to report this concern. Dominion Virginia Power was contacted and the City of Richmond was advised that there are no open tickets for this concern so this issue has been resolved.
