    The Abner Clay Park playground requires further signage and observation in regards to tobacco and alcohol use. I work at the daycare across the street and we go out daily to clean the playground of trash. We regularly find tobacco and alcohol related trash, as well as other debris. On rare occasions, we have found used condoms, full packs of cigarettes, broken bottles, and devices used to smoke marijuana. The attached picture is just of alcohol and tobacco related trash found today, 11/0/14. A large amount of other trash was found, as well. The current sign says no glass and no trash.
