Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on June 3rd. The owners are given seven days to comply and at the end of the seven days Code will re-inspects. If it is not taken care of the City will have their contract take care of the site. The owners are billed for the work.

The house was red tagged and a foreclosure letter was placed on the door. Hopefully whoever purchases it will take better care of it. Shame to see a house go to waste like that.
