Almost every day there are vehicles, both commercial and passenger, parked in the left lane of 11th street during rush hour. This usually occurs between Lombard and Arch streets. Offenders range from a normal sedan to full-sized tractor trailers. It is frustrating and dangerous to try to navigate this portion of 11th street on a daily basis.

This is not confined to Lombard thru Arch - people are abusing 11th street all the way down to Reed.
Just enforce the parking laws, PPD.
