There seems to be many armchair business people in Fairhaven. Why don't some of you put YOUR money where your mouth is and open up a business that you deem the neighborhood needs. I recall a "Koffee" shop across the bridge a few years back. I guess the people of Fair haven voted with their pocketbooks and kept going to Dunkin' Donuts. Oh, and how about the spanish butcher shop? I guess the 'diversified' people of Fair Haven AGAIN voted with their pocketbooks and kept going to Ferraro's. The whole street is open and the rents are reasonable all you armchair entrepreneurs of Fair Haven. Go for it! LOL!

If you have the means, you are entitled to follow your dreams. If they are paying rent, insurance & taxes then it's a business the city gets a revenue on. If you have a better business plan then I suggest you come forward and open up shop. Be part of a positive solution instead of hating on another person's dream even if it is another barber shop. Obviously that is a business model that is thriving and supported in that block. Location location location.
