Large puddle (more like a pond or even a lake) on Temple Street. This picture is from ~24h *after* the rain stopped.

Maybe you don't know what a lake is. The exaggeration does not help your cause.

@neighbor Thanks so much for pointing out that it's not a lake. I'm sure the DPW was confused. Perhaps you have a good resource on names for sizes of bodies of water I could use in the future. Leave a link in the comments.

Tripster.. yes, in my expert opinion I would say that is more like a river, because it's long , you know? Lakes are usually roundish. Anyway,, I hope they really did solve the problem, and the multiple posts probably helped it get some attention.
