I have complained about the same thing as the lite on Quinnipiac ave backs up the cars start racing down emily rd and kenny dr.i have made numerous complaints to the pd and the mayor office and to traffic and parking and the useless alderman. .you only see these people at election time i have lived on Emily rd for 35 years and the last two years the traffic is worse than it ever was
