Walnut Creek has an ordinance against this type of parking:
To report a nuisance violation or to request an investigation, call (925) 943-5863 or email a Code Enforcement Officer."We maintain strict confidentiality of reporting persons."

Thank you for your response and I definitely will contact PD. I think if they have a way to communicate like this in email or posts it would be helpful for residents. Your response has let me know you are hearing me and rewinding. 😀
Now if anyone thinks a 20 foot trailer called "built for work" with orange cones around it on a sharp corner is "in code" for a narrow residential street then I have to ask about our codes and enforcement. I'll bring it back to PD as u suggested. Would you want this in fronting your home? Just ssking?

To set the record straight, a commercial vehicle description is listed below.
2015 California Vehicle Section 260.(a)
A “commercial vehicle” is a motor vehicle of a type required to be registered under this code used or
maintained for the transportation of persons for hire, compensation, or profit or designed, used, or maintained primarily for the transportation of property.
This vehicle is for the use of persons for hire-as seen on the advertisement on the side of the vehicle.
This vehicle is for the compensation - this vehicle is a for-profit business.
This vehicle is primarily for the transportation of property - not people.
I agree, no one wants this commercial vehicle on their residential street. In addition to being an eye-sore, it is dangerous to see around such a large commercial vessel. I hope the police can contact the owner and ask him to move it to their business parking lot and off your street. You shouldn't have to deal with this at home.
