Black Nissan Maxima 4 door sedan had been sitting on Coates Street for about a month prior to May 19th. On May 19th, I placed a penny on the driver side front tire and it's still there today, May 29th. There is a red cloth tied on the driver side door. License #JTM3112. I've never seen a ticket placed on the car for the street sweeping ordinance (which is on Thursday from 12-2), however, cars parked around it have received tickets.
