The property owner has a valid permit for construction work. By UCC law, the work can proceed for as long as it takes to complete. Also, because of the Permit Extension Act passed by the State of NJ, the permit will not expire any time soon. So, as long as the owner intends to complete this work, he will be able to proceed at his own pace. We will monitor the property from a maintenance standpoint, but there is no mechanism to force him to complete the work sooner.
