Parks employee needs much better training.

At the very least, I hope they reported the accident. The Parks department knows our community is closely involved with maintaining the park, and they know how to reach us.

Call the City Clerk Office to file a claim.

Better training? Can't fix stupid.

Seeclickfix is a great tool, but it's useless if the administration doesn't answer people. Have other people had their issues ignored?

They did fix the gate the other day it was only an inch or so off of original as far as I could see. And the gates were pretty even and closed.

Thanks so much, that is great. I will get down there when the rain stops to take a look. It would be SO useful if city agencies would respond on this forum, so that they can get public recognition for the good things they do. It would help to build confidence that the city is responsive to residents' needs, and help eliminate the feeling we have sometimes that we are crying in the dark.
