It would be better to call the police district manager for the area instead of posting here. When taking a plate number try not to be noticed.

How about replacing the plantings with something lower that would not actually encourage misuse of our lovely park?

In my opinion that would make our "lovely park" less lovely. let's not debeautify where we live at the slight chance we could stop people from doing bad things. The police patrol the area repetitiously as it is, let them do their job.
