The dead tree seen in the photo is just East of the baseball diamond at Field 4, which is the West-most baseball field.
Let's replace it with another tree.

This issue was mistakenly reported to the County a few minutes ago. The City's 311 operators have the wrong information, tell them that Bullhead Park is County. This of course is very wrong, since City Parks trucks are there every day maintaining these baseball diamonds and the rest of the park. This is City property.
