The families living in the house on Oak Street that is opposite the alley from 1351 and 1353 Meridian Pl leave PILES, GIANT GIANT GIANT piles of trash for DAYS inside their chain link fence in the concrete area behind their house. There are so many rats living there. It's a public health crisis. Please confront the owners of the residence about the trash routinely stored outside on their property for long periods of time, and please exterminate the rats.
