Code Compliance sent a letter to the property owner on May 20th. The owner is given seven days to comply and if not the City will have their contractor clean-up the site. The owner will be billed for the work.

The owner died. And it's now the 7th day. Thank you.

According to the assessor's record the owner is HENRY S & BARBARA A LOSZEWSKI and the taxes have been paid this property may be in probate but the only record the City has is who is currently on the deed as the owner. As for the seventh day, Code must recheck to determine whether the work has been done and if it is not then it goes on the list for the City contractor which may take a few days depending on their schedule.
