Rat abatement needs to be done behind 1413 Girard Street Northwest And 1420 Harvard NW, where there are several dumpsters. The rats are larger than mature squirrels. They are eating the wires unde the hoods of residents vehicles as well as roaming the yards adjacent to the dumpsters. Let's get this problem under better control. Appreciate it!
