While I agree this property has been vacant for some time the lawn in maintained, the windows are not boarded up and overall the property has not fallen into too much disrepair, compared to some other vacant properties. The owners of the property are allowed to come and go as they please, it is their property. I will investigate placing it on the repair or demolish list later this year if no substantial progress is made.
