This property has been inspected as you requested, by a Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer and he has notated in the case that the property is in violation and he will return within the next week or two, to see if corrective action has been taken. The Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Officer has issued a notice of violation.

I reported the problem at not only 4220, but at 4222 Chamberalyne Avenue, and several lots across the street in the same block. In the future do I have to report each lot separately, or do you allow the inspector to use their own judgment to address all similar issues by themselves?

The hedge is still blocking the sidewalk on Chamberlayne Avenue. Yes the grass is cut, who cuts the hedge so you can walk on the sidewalk and not in Chamberlayne Avenue.

An environmental inspector is being assigned to address the hedges impeding the access to the public right of way.
