Large dead branches in a bundle ON THE SIDEWALK and low, mature, evergreen juniper ground cover is blocking the flow of pedestrian traffic on the public sidewalk. This has been going on for years and has been reported as such. This causes pedestrians to walk on a public street, when this should all be cleared off the sidewalk.
