  Ms. Smith -

  The barrel was removed at the request of the Villa Rosa last year. In this particular case, there are no plans to reinstall the barrel.

  What's was reason for it , it's a public street, trash is a problem there , someone should go out and check it. Put it somewhere else on the block. In my opinion there would be a lot less trash blowing around our neighborhood if we had more public trash barrels in public places. I pick trash up of my street all the time we should encourage our neighbors to do the same.
