Is there a watering restriction in place? If so, I can't find it. I think this homeowners lawn looks great I wish everyone's lawn would looked like his. Most of the homeowners lawns on the street are 100% weeds, very sad no pride of ownership anymore and it's affecting all our home values.

(E) For permitted amounts and hours of watering, the city has adopted Chapter 40E-24.201 of the Florida Administrative Code, as may be amended from time to time, by reference as though fully set forth herein and shall be effective within the municipal limits of the city.

40E-24.201 Year-Round Landscape Irrigation Conservation Measures.
(3) It shall be the duty of each water user to keep informed as to the landscape irrigation conservation measures presented within this chapter, which affect each particular water use.

Thanks for the information. Unrelated to this complaint, and for the record I have looked at the city of Pembroke Pines code enforcement ordinances time and time again, but unfortunately the city of Pembroke Pines does not enforce most of these codes and they are constantly making exceptions ( or maybe it's just neglect on the code enforcement officers part) which in turn affects all our property values.

Apparently the City is not going to follow up on this and enforce the watering restrictions that are in place for Broward County.

That's what you get for reporting a Homeowner that still shows "pride in ownership"!
