When you have a complaint about burning it is appropriate to contact 911 Dispatch at the time of the concern. We will send the Fire Department out to check it. There is no time in the ordinance, but if there is a noise issue you can contact about that as well. Here is the location for the city of Roseville Burn Ordinance.

Fire Marshal inspected the area. No one was burning at the time. Gave a copy of the burn ordinance to the residence. Advised to adhere to the ordinance.
