What is with Oakland. Something needs to be done about this Plaza. It's an ongoing public nuisance. Once the homeless are told to leave that should be it and not allowed back. It brings the neighborhood down and all the unsafe habits that go with the homeless.

I've heard that as well... from my Councilperson. From what he said the magic number is 10 reports to bump it to the next level.
