Description

Oversize truck completely blocking road at Virginia Ave and 3rd street, SE without any personnel directing traffic for safety. This truck was blocking the road and coming close to hitting cars without anyone directing it. It is from the CSX construction happening at 3rd and Virginia, SE. This is extremely unsafe, especially if emergency personnel needed to come through this intersection.
