Description

I live near the intersection of Candelaria and Tramway and when heading south from Montgomery, RARELY get the green light at Candelaria. It seems those (Montgomery and Comanche) stoplights are not in synch with Candelaria. Is there any resolution or just the way the cross streets are set up on the system? Thank you.
