Tramway trail landscaping - is anyone responsible for cleaning up the landscaping along Tramway Trail? Sections H and I between Candelaria and Montgomery has a lot of dead trees and bushes, trees with dead branches and dead underbrush. Does anyone maintain this or does it remain wild? Thank you.
