Following up on the rport that was made 2 weeks ago about the conditions of the road on Franklin Place. The whole street is in need of repaving. There are numerous potholes and now the asphalt is breaking up and hitting the undercarriages of cars that are driving down the street. I am not sure why this street was not repaved when Franklin Ave was done. Also, street sweepers never go down Franklin Place. Are they supposed to??
