Resident states that he was told by man that complete grinding for one slab that the other slab was too high to grind (Highland St side). Was told that 2 years ago. Asks for another inspection to be done now; wants tree removed because soil erosion is great and tree is not planted deep enough. Roots with 10 foot radius kills the soil; grass cannot grow. In the winter when he blows the snow, pieces of the concrete blows up as it is flaky. Please replace.

Inspected. Concrete sidewalk. We will forward to Engineering for repair.
