The traffic light needs to be fixed to make it that people making a left hand turn from Springdale Rd to Horizon Way can only make a left on the green arrow only. There are too many people every day cutting off on coming traffic to make a left. The people heading north on Springdale rd have the right of way yet people are running the light that want to make a left hand turn because they can't wait long enough for it to be clear of people making a right onto Horizon way. The light needs to be made bigger and a sign that says Left on green arrow only. Please fix this before I get into an accident making a legal right hand turn while someone cuts me off pushing through the light to make a left hand turn.
