The RWA is aware of the leak and determined that it is a leak between the water main and the curb. Repairs are being scheduled.

After speaking to the landlord who owns the building where this is a problem, I was informed that he had notified the water company and they would 'put it on their list and get to it eventually'.

The RWA schedules non-emergency repairs.

This leak has grown and will be repaired today, 5/21/15.

That's what happens with leaks.. they usually get bigger as time goes on.
