This may a minor problem compared with big potholes, but when Whitney Avenue was repaved a couple of years ago, most of the manhole covers were not leveled with the new pavement, leaving numerous holes all along the street that are like potholes and give you a jolt when you drive over them. It would be nice if the recessed manhole covers could be leveled.
