Description

There is no sign indicating residential parking restrictions on the west side of the 400 block of 4th St. SE, from the middle of the block to the corner at E St. SE. The only signs are at the corner of D St. SE and in the middle of the block, which is not always seen by drivers because of the tree above it (shown in the photo). This results in residential parking violations that often are not enforced, leaving residents with no available parking near their homes.
