Description

Drivers traveling westbound on Humphrey St often travel at unsafe speeds for a neighborhood street. There is a pedestrian crosswalk where Pleasant St intersects with Humphrey and drivers frequently do not yield to crossing pedestrians. Previously there was a "yield to pedestrians" sign placed in the middle of the road to warn drivers of the crosswalk, but it is no longer there. Could the sign be replaced?
