Description

The intersection of Canterbury and Churchill Roads is a four-way stop marked by signs and a flashing red light. Nevertheless, many drivers flash through the intersection without stopping -- sometimes without even slowing down. There is no excuse for this given the presence of the red light, but two of the stop signs -- one on Canterbury and another on Churchill -- are significantly obscured by vegetation. Also, speeding on Churchill Road between Canterbury Road and Chester Road is a serious and continuing problem. Many children ride bikes and many people walk in the street.
