Agreed! This has been almost a year. I live right across the street and have to walk by it all the time too. It looks like a dump and campground. The dumping is illegal, the stealing is illegal and if a fire gets started, seems like someone will be liable for letting this get so out of hand.Maybe all the things djlan suggests might work.

Besides the stolen property and illegal dumping they are violating Oakland muni-codes 9.08.160 Sitting or lying on streets nor sidewalks, Obstructing pedestrians, 12.04.080 Obstructions in general. Cite them and give them community service. Vagrants love community service.
