The easement has now been surveyed. Our easement inspectors had previously identified an erosion issue associated with the easement and creek causing concern in regards to our sewer main. We will need to perform a small washout remediation project (30’ in length) in the near future. We have asked our tree contractor to immediately remove the tree within the easement that is the base for the vines. We will clear the associated vegetation at the time of tree removal in preparation of the future easement project.
