You all dint even know this man he has helped everyone in the neigbor. Even you Katrina and you know he is a good man. Yes he has alot of stuff in his yard. But he has bulding supplies to fix up his home. He has helped evwryine from fixing cars to helping them with home repairs. Ti helping kids with there bikes. As for his dog he leaves him out front because he has had people teying to still his bike before. As for the car in his druve way the pruole van he git frim you Katrina and the white van is for his sevwrly handicap son. Trying talking to this man and get ro know him, he is a good caring human being. Give him a chance.
I believe you have me confused with someone else, I don't know what kind of help you are referring to that he has given me, the most interaction I have had with the gentleman is a wave as I drive past. Due to the spelling errors I don't know what you are claiming he got from me as well, I have never given this man anything. I never said anything bad about the him, so I am not sure why you are making this into a personal attack. I have simply asked that for the safety of others and for the sake of other's home values in the neighborhood that he get this mess organized. Over the 10 years I have owned my home I have seen his mess move from the backyard to the entire front. I applaud that he is trying to improve his home, but bringing home a truckload of scrap is a different matter.
I'm being notified that my "issue has been outstanding for 31 days", maybe the submitter shouldn't be notified but rather the public officials who can actually do something about it?
The city should remove the link from their Web site if they aren't going to monitor things posted here. It misleads people into thinking that this is an effective way to report code violations, which it clearly is not.
Dear eastside neighbir, I totally agree this web site is not monitored it seems by any city of lansing employee but Carol Woods, a city council member. You would think a code enforcement employee could look at any new complaints and pass it along to the proper department. Maybe we shoukd the mayors office for each complaint.
I was notified today that someone else has made a complaint about this very home. It has been nearly a year since I posted this and still nothing is being done. Way to go Lansing city officials!
I have been complaining about front yard parking at the same house for 18 months All I ever get is broken promises!! The city does nothing and does not care. I have also taken my complaints to City Hall on the road meetings where I get more empty promises as do my neighbors. It is very frustrating!!
This residence is a salvage yard. Junk yard basically. Un-registered trucks filled with junk every day. They are out there sorting it. It's like a hill-billy Fred Sanford without a license.
