Description

There are numerous utility patches that are in dire need of being re-worked to smooth the street surface. These patches have been re-worked a few times, but never where they do not end up being a roller coaster ride within weeks of being done. Please excavate these, install the proper compacted base and repave the patches to allow for a smooth road surface. This is the main thoroughfare through our neighborhood.

There are still numerous potholes and bad areas down the entire length of Bellevue from Hermitage to Brook. Please get these fixed, this has been an ongoing issue for years.

Yes the quality of the "patch" jobs on MacArthur are absolutely unacceptable and need to be smoothed it. Condition of the road is no better than when potholes were there.

We are talking about "Bellevue Avenue" NOT MacArthur Avenue in this particular case.

No Parking signs were put up to restrict parking on this stretch from 04-22 thru 04-25 for re-surfacing the utility patch areas, similar to what was done nearby on Lamont at the same time. However, the work never got done here, and the expired signs are still up - at least the ones that have not fallen down. Please re-schedule and complete this work.

Again this issue has been open for almost three years now and we would like to see these areas patched correctly along the entire length of Bellevue from Brook to Hermitage.

The "No Parking" signs that were put along the 1300 block in mid-April for the dates of 04/22-25 are still here - at least the ones that have not fallen off the trees and into the street.

Please take down these old signs and re-schedule paving work that was supposed to have been done in late April.
