The city was to clean up Martin Luther King Jr way according to the East Bay Express because of the ongoing complaints from the neighborhood. Oakland needs to step up and make the homeless a priority. Once allowed to set up the graffiti starts, the vandalism starts, the area is trashed with urine, feces and drug use, illegal dumping etc. Unacceptable around a bus stop and where children players.

Also at the entrance to Alameda tunnel, I reported before just more tents and more people there now.
