    I reported and City of Oakland thrawed the homeless belonging over the fence, I passing by 10/8 & 10/9, one of the homeless/young black went back there, no tents w/lots bags there.

    1). Drug Dealer on 32ST. Oakland, Ca. 94609-3203. -> We lived at 543 31ST St. we reported this before, there is drug dealer in that area, constantly when I drove back to our house, quite often there is 2 cars parrael on the street there are all black, also there are 3-4 people on the street hang up on 541, and the house crossed street, both 521 & 541 I saw 2 cars parallel on the street and people inside the car talking to each other. 2). -> Couple of years ago, there is a white truck station at the curve between 32ST and 31ST since we reported to the police they moved to the other location. 3). The Caltran people told me when they clean Caltran properties there are tons of tons needles there, if someone in your Dept. contact me I can tell you the exactly spot.

    1x Homeless tent, I saw 4 people there, occupied entire space 12',-> This is the 3rd I reported, we have business need to run, I don't have time to take the picture. there is 3 Fwy. under pass they located between Fwy. 580 and 19C, -> I just this case will be just like the one on Martin Luther King Jr. and 23th St. there is more and more become can't control.

    Homeless tens I reported last week, today I passing by there is 1 man and 1 woman stand there, more stuff moved in, location: 35th St. and Telegraph St. under the Fwy. tunnel. -> I am driving, and my husband is restricted driver and 79 yrs. old, I can't stop to take the picture.

    1). Homeless tent at Telegraph and 34th St. under Fwy. under pass/580, 19C, 19D - I saw 9/7/15, and 9/9/15 I passed there is more stuff that person brought in. 2). Our front yard, the hose been take off from the faucet, someone either lived in the car to use our front yard water during the night. and we have a chicken crops lately always short of 1 egg.     We lived 543 31-sT St. Oakland, CA. 94609-3203, next to the Fwy. 24/Walnut Creek & Fwy. 80 & 980; over the fence belong to Caltran and Caltran on schedule cleaning the area, the homeless/Abdul Napu constantly come back, we reported to Caltran and Oakland Police already 4 times, I even went to the Musline Mecca asked the Authority to talk into Abdul, in a group of people of Muslin told me:"Abdul is a bad boy, he stole tools from Mecca, Messa is the place to pray, they want me to call Police". -> Right now, there is a mattress and sofa and big mess there, Abdul said to me:"This is not your property". last time Caltran cleaning was 9/26/14. -> I took the pictures but my Cell phone is the simple one, only can send by phone, can't download on the computer. -> Which cell no. I can send the picture for this case?!

    We drove from Alameda back to Oakland direction: On the Conjunction of - Fwy. 580/Hayward, 980/Downtown Oakland, and 80/San Francisco on the right side, there is 2 homeless tents and mess there. -> Fwy. start separate to 3 direction, I am driving can't take picture.
