Sidewalk needs to be raised to meet new concrete pad. Tree has lifted one side. Backhoe can roll bucket on open side before new concrete is poored. This would only take a few minuted. This will allow proper grade for water and ice run off.other
pads are also a tripping hazard.

Please note, that last year, in addition to noting the slab shifts in front of 241Hackett, I noted that there were multiple issues in front of 235 Hackett, 247 Hackett to the corner of S. Main and 261 to the SW corner of Weis. These are all mostly in the span of about 2 blocks. I would appreciate DGS staff taking a look and addressing the issues at these locations in the vicinity of 241 while also addressing the significant slab shift in front of 241 Hackett.
