There is an ambulance that is frequently parked on Laurel by Devon Street. The ambulance has no name of a hospital or company on it. It is usually parked on the corner, which can obstruct your view when you are at the stop sign. The plate is W89 FFZ, I think. Is this legal? There are too many persons who park their commercial vehicles overnight on the streets. Some of these vehicles are large box trucks. Another example is a PSE&G van that is frequently parked on Devon. Thanks.
