Lot next to 154 Village Park Dr. Is a nasty nightmare.The HOA does NOTHING to keep it cut,clean. Multiple scrub pine tress all over the lot.Local yard companies dump used mulch and other debris.Weeds are two feet high.I didn't pay over $200,00 to live nest to a DUMP.
