No Parking not enforced at Town Grocery, Old Town Liquors. Neighbors tired of standing / stopping traffic "just to run in" for cigarettes or 6-pack. Illegal drug traffic rampant in this parking lot (cited last week in Newspapaers). Should be NO STOPPING anytime. Use the parking lots of plazas and leave residents in peace without trash.
